Free Trial Lessons

Greenacres Model Aero Club
are able to offer 3 FREE trial flights to anybody interested in learning to fly Radio Control Aeroplanes.

The idea is to allow people to experience the thrill of learning to fly without the need to purchase any equipment or spend time assembling their own aircraft.

If you then wish to join the club, we will guide you through acquiring your own equipment. We will also provide you with free instruction to get you flying solo.

All flights will be under the supervision of a recognised Club Instructor using a Dual Controlled training aircraft. Each lesson will consist of approximately 20 minutes instruction.

 

 

  
Terms and conditions - 
  • Anyone wishing to take up the offer of free trial flights must attend a safety briefing at one of the club's social nights held at Rushall Labour Club (For location see here) at 7.30pm on the last Wednesday of each month. (no charge for this!) (See Events Calendar for dates)
  • Safety rules must be followed at all times.
  • Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • All trial flights must be pre-booked with a club instructor.
  • The offer is limited to a maximum of three flights.
  • The club may withdraw this offer at any time.
  • Trial flights may be cancelled at short notice in the event of poor weather.
  • As there are limited resources - places will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
